Welcome!
On behalf of the family and staff and myself, we would like to welcome you to attend our services at Beaver Dam Community Church and to become part of our family serving the Lord and our community. Our mission is to love people and to preach Jesus. We don’t care who you are, or where you are at on life’s journey, you are welcome here. We have very active children and youth ministries and encourage everyone to make Beaver Dam a regular part of your own family’s time together worshiping our Lord. -Pastor Butch
Benji Riddle, Senior Pastor, joined us in September 2025. He has been in ministry for over two decades - as a kids’ ministry volunteer, youth pastor, associate pastor, and senior pastor of a church in Monticello, IN for 6 years. He was ordained as a deacon in the Global Methodist Church at the 2025 Annual Conference. He and his wife, Lesley, met in high school and have been married for nearly 20 years. They have four daughters: ages 18, 16,12, and 8.
Butch Troke, Associate Pastor, was Senior Pastor here at BDCC from 2004-2025. Butch graduated High School in 1970, served for 2 years in the Army, graduated from Ball State University in 1986 and married the love of his life in 1991. Wanda graduated in 1972 and they both served as Postmasters; she retired in 2004 and he retired in 2007. They began attending Beaver Dam right after they moved to this area in 1993. After their Emmaus Walks, a committed endeavor was made by both to more diligently serve our Lord. Wanda served on the Board of the Lucille Raines Residence for Recovery in Indianapolis for twelve years and Butch was Licensed to preach in 2004. They note that "it has been our great privilege and honor to be members of, and to serve the family known as Beaver Dam".
